What the Training Covered
The Portugal programme was intensive and practical. Over five days, our team worked through advanced topics including intelligent document capture using AI and machine learning, workflow automation for complex business processes, integration techniques for connecting Hyland platforms with ERP, CRM, and line-of-business applications, cloud deployment strategies and hybrid architecture design, and advanced security and compliance configurations.
Each session combined classroom theory with hands-on labs, giving our engineers the opportunity to build and test real solutions in a controlled environment. The practical focus meant that our team returned to Thornaby ready to apply what they had learned immediately.
Intelligent Document Capture
One of the most exciting areas covered was intelligent capture. Traditional document scanning relies on templates and manual classification, which is slow and error-prone. Hyland's latest capture technology uses machine learning to automatically identify document types, extract key data, and route documents to the correct workflow without human intervention.
